Live Painting
Need live painting artistic entertainment for your event?
Whether you’re looking for someone to paint on a canvas in a backyard BBQ, a giant panel in your corporate fundraiser, or a wall in front of a hundred-thousand people at a concert, I’m your painter. I’m comfortable painting in all atmospheres, from upscale galleries to nightclubs, from quiet dinners to ear-splitting rock concerts, and am outgoing, friendly, and always willing to chat your guests if they’re interested.
Why is live painting a good idea? Besides having a fun, engaging painter to talk to your guests, live painting is a great way to provide a dynamic visual element to any party or event. Most people have never seen art created before them, and people love to see a canvas (or wall) go from completely blank to a finished piece over the course of the event. Additionally, the completed painting is tailored to the needs of the event, and you can easily option the painting to be raffled off, used as a silent auction piece, or taken home for your home or office.
I usually use water-based acrylic paints and a dropcloth (so no worries on messy aerosols or damaging your floor), although in open areas/outdoors, spray paint makes the job go faster. Regardless of the medium, I’m fast, and will work with you prior to the event to make sure that the painting is both suitable for your event in terms of content and size, and I’ll ensure that the painting gets done in the allotted time frame.
To book me for your event, please contact me with your contact info, the details of your event (date, time, duration, location), whether or not your budget covers transportation costs and materials, and any questions/concerns you might have. Additionally, please indicate if you are a non-profit.
I will respond within 24 hours with a quote. Once the quote is accepted, I will send you a contract and a PayPal invoice for a 50% non-refundable deposit to be paid at least 1 week before the event.
Thanks and I look forward to hearing from you!
